Equine Guided Education provides a unique, cutting edge opportunity
to achieve our leadership potential that aligns us with highest
self, our greatest good. Horses are non-judgmental and offer
a safe, supportive and restorative environment to explore
new insights and practices.
Horses live in energy and energy
what they respond to. They provide us with a dramatic view
of how effective (or not) our leadership skills and practices
are working. They understand our intentions behind our words,
reading masterfully what is not being spoken. They have no
hidden agenda. Horses are not impressed by the kind of car
we drive, neighborhood we live in, money we earn or even our
education or business acumen. They don’t play politics,
won’t be bribed and can’t be intimidated.
The horse is always reading our
intention, our desire to make something happen and our commitment
to follow through. Horses offer the opportunity to re-evaluate
and re-design our dreams and ambitions for our team and ourselves.

This was a wonderful

The 2 days we spent
at Medicine Horse Ranch helped to clarify issues in
